Services Description

Unique Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, driveway installation, driveway replacement, driveway widening, private road paving, commercial paving, excavation services, sealcoating, and related asphalt repair services in Haverhill, Massachusetts and surrounding communities.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for our services. All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and an on-site evaluation when necessary. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

Final pricing may vary from initial estimates based on site conditions, material costs, project scope changes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any price changes will be communicated and approved before work begins.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Project start dates are estimated and subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduling changes.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your written contract or estimate agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects.
• Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work.
• We accept cash, check, and other payment methods as agreed upon in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your written contract. Our standard workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for a period specified in your agreement.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by: improper maintenance, heavy vehicles exceeding load limits, oil or chemical spills, tree root damage, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited activities include:
